To return your purchases.

Our success is based on your satisfaction. Only merchandise in NEW condition and in ORIGINAL packaging will be accepted. Health and hygiene considerations prevent us from accepting personal care items for return unless defective. If you should find our product to be defective in any way, simply call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Once you have received a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please return your purchase (insured) by Canada Post for a prompt replacement. (delivery charges not included).

If purchased at a dealer or authorized outlet, please return the defective product to the dealer or authorized outlet for replacement.
